Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return requests must be placed within the return period from delivery. Products showing wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible.
Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. The amount is credited to the original payment method used at checkout. A confirmation email will be shared once processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order leaves our facility. We aim for timely processing and delivery.
Delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, based on location. Timelines depend on courier operations. Delays may occur during peak periods or unforeseen situations.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment begins. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. Eligible items can be requested for return after delivery.
